Hands-free option: use a voice command like "Save Dashcam" (some drivers say "Save That") to store a clip without taking your hands off the wheel. You can also enable Save on Honk in Controls > Safety so a quick horn tap saves a clip automatically. Saving captures the last 10 minutes of driving, so do it soon after the moment you care about.
